What will the apprentice be doing?
Our Customer & Distribution Management (CDM) team works closely with underwriting and claims teams to secure renewal and new business wins. As part of the CDM team, your day will always be filled with varied activities, such as:
- collaborating with Zurich colleagues across the world
- servicing our largest multinational customer requirements
- working with our brokers
- pulling together reports to help our business make informed choices
- deliver an outstanding customer and broker experience
Beyond the day-to-day activities there are also opportunities to get involved in supporting future ways of working, including process improvement, automation and artificial intelligence technology.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
The length of your apprenticeship will vary dependant on course provider and scheme. You will be working towards completing the level 4 Insurance Professional qualification e.g. Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) or the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters (CILA).
