All Apprentices are inducted into the organisation together to enable a positive initial network to be formed. They are also buddied with a previous Apprentice to support them with their introduction to the company.

There is a structured internal development pathway that all Apprentices will work through together to build their awareness of our business and some of the key skills and behaviours will be covered in these such as networking, communication, feedback and presenting. Employability skills sessions will also be provided towards the end of the Apprenticeship to support Apprentices into further employment.

All Apprentices follow the paths laid out by our Apprenticeship Training Providers and include a mix of online self-development, webinars, workshops and assignments.

Specific qualifications will be dependent on the individual Apprenticeship Standard for each role.

The training will be block release for this role. The candidate will achieve a Level 4 Network Engineer Apprenticeship
