Brief job description:

Estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for an Analytical Digital Marketing Apprentice with Vega: The Co-Production Agency, a Digital Marketing Agency based in Manchester.

Job Description:

We are looking for an Analytical Digital Marketing Apprentice to help grow our team and join an industry-renowned team of specialists.

Working alongside the team, we are looking for someone ambitious who is looking to take the next step in their career. Our ideal candidate will be someone who wants to deliver the best results for our clients.

As part of our Co-Production Apprenticeship scheme, we will provide opportunities for you to work with the wider business to provide you with a broader understanding of digital marketing to deliver strong strategies and ensure we deliver innovative, forward-thinking campaigns.

Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:

  • Assist our Paid Media team to support the ongoing management and optimisation of PPC and Paid Social campaigns.
  • Support our Paid Media team to analyse campaign performance and adjust accordingly.
  • Adapt to clients’ tone of voice, brand guidelines and requirements to create ad content.
  • Conduct ongoing competitor & industry research to develop campaigns and testing of tactics.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reporting for all primary metrics, goal tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid media initiatives.
  • Assist our Digital, Media & Strategy teams to turn data into interesting, informative stories for campaigns and activity.
  • Learning and being a competent user of all relevant tools and technologies i.e., Google Ads, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally to build relationships with the team and clients.
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed to a high standard with excellent attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)
  • At least 1 A-Level or BTEC Equivalent

Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Digital Marketer, with training in how to:

  • Source, plan, develop and deploy digital content across a variety of channels including your website and social media.
  • Execute multi-channel digital campaigns using online platforms.
  • Monitor and evaluate channel and campaign performance using different analytical tools.
  • Adopt a test and learn approach to digital marketing activities, making recommendations for improvement.
