Imperial College London is a science-based university with an international reputation for excellence in teaching and research. Central to our success and ability to innovate are our technicians, who provide solutions to engineering problems and vital technical support. That’s why we have developed a Technician Apprenticeship Scheme- to train the future engineering technicians who go on to work in our world-class workshops and laboratories.

Duties and responsibilities

You will specialise in either Mechanical or Electronic Engineering and will combine your studies with work-based training in our workshops and laboratories. As well as earning a competitive salary, you will build a wide range of technical skills and gain formal qualifications that will help you in your future career.
