Simply Education are currently work alongside schools in the Ashford area who support children with learning disabilities or mental health challenges. The schools pride themselves on building a future for children, enabling them to leave education with the tools to be independent and succeed in life. They are currently seeking a Teaching Assistant to join the team; the schools are seeking a teaching assistant that can provide in-class emotional support for children. Class sizes are no bigger than 8. The successful applicant will be working closely on a 1-1 basis or occasionally with small groups of children. The school s current team are very committed and determined to give the best possible support for the children and each other, they work together to make sure staff have a work life balance.
