Job Description:

We are looking for 2 people to join our team, where you will be supported to complete a level 3 business administration apprenticeship whilst working as a submission coordinator apprentice.

Wage: £6 - £8 per hour, dependent on experience

  • Accurately completing data match request form, submitting to EST, receiving result and updating paperwork and internal systems.
  • Checking LA Flex application forms as per the requirement of each council, submitting the application then updating internal systems with response.
  • Liaising with surveyors and installers to ensure all paperwork is correct and handed in on time.
  • Assist the Compliance Manager with the development and refinement of processes and to ensure efficient delivery of our obligation
  • Preparing daily and monthly reports for management and councils. The reports include details of all submissions that have been received daily, along with details of any compliance failures.
  • Closely working with other teams, sharing information to keep the jobs on track.
  • The role will involve checking & completing submission paperwork for our clients and feeding back any queries you have.
  • This role involves making phone calls to customers and back office staff to complete the jobs.
  • Customer may call to speak to you, so it is important that you are a confident and clear communicator both written and on the phone.
  • You will also be uploading information to numerous internal and external database systems, administrative errors must be kept to an absolute minimum.
  • You will be an essential part of our Administration team and we will provide you with the tools, training, and support to do your job and to be successful.

Training Provided:

As a Business Administration Apprentice with BPP, you will undertake the Business Administrator Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship.

The apprenticeship will be delivered through a blend of live online learning, pre-recorded lectures and workplace support.

Duration:

Apprenticeship: 15 months Job: Permanent

Qualifications Required:

  • A minimum of 5 GCSE's, grade C/4 or above, to include Maths & English

Future Prospects:

  • Submission coordinator role leads to Team leader and Submission Manager role.
