As an apprentice, what will I be doing?

Duties to include but not limited to:

• Dealing with sales and letting enquiries Accompanying applicants on property viewings. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all properties Assisting in property management Carrying out property inspections

What are the working hours, pay and benefits on offer?

As a Apprentice sales & lettings negotiator you will be required to work Monday – Saturday with a day off during the week (5 days per week). 9am-6pm on weekdays and 9am-3pm on Saturdays.  In return you will be receive a salary of £14,000 per annum + commission after first 3 months of employment + fuel allowance.

 
What training will I undertake and what qualification will I get at the end?
Junior estate agent Level 2  supported with a 121 coach and e-learning platform.

Functional Skills level 2 in Maths and English if required.
