As an apprentice, what will I be doing?

Duties will include:

• Negotiating between buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants Producing sales and letting adverts Taking incoming and outgoing sales and letting calls Taking on properties through various marketing channels Attending meetings Photocopying and scanning Using IT software packages 

What are the working hours, pay and benefits on offer?

As a Junior Estate Agent Apprentice you will be required to work Monday - Friday, 11:00 - 19:00, Saturday, 10:00 - 17:00, hours and weeks may vary. In return you will be receive a salary of £9,380 plus.

 
What training will I undertake and what qualification will I get at the end?
Level 2 Junior Estate Agent Apprenticeship Standard supported with a 121 coach and e-learning platform.

Functional Skills level 2 in Maths and English if required.

What is my expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Future full-time role is possible upon completion
