 You will learn administration, sales and marketing skills that will enable you to forge a career in estate agency including lettings, financial services and surveying.

What will the apprentice be doing?

Reporting to the branch manager as an apprentice you duties will include:

  • Administration to support sales and general business.
  • Dealing with day to day enquiries on the telephone, email and face to face.
  • You will register customers and assist them in their search for a home.
  • You will also be out and about visiting properties.
  • Canvassing for potential business and sales.
  • carrying out accompanied viewings with customers.
  • You will also have the chance to earn monthly commissions and benefit from the fantastic in house training that complements the apprenticeship and for the right candidate progress through ourselves into a career in the estate agency field.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • Junior Estate Agent Level 2 provided via virtual learning platform, with 121 skills coach support and learning workshops.
  • Level 2 Functional Skills in Maths and English can be supported if required.
  • Sucessful completion of the apprenticeship may enititle you to student membership of National Association of Estate Agents Propertymark. 

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

It is envisaged that the successful candidate will progress on to become a full time negotiator and can then continue their career through the various avenues available in our business and the connections to the largest estate agency group in the uk.

Salary is dependant on age starting at £12000 for 17-18year olds and £15000 for 19years+ . There is also a monthly bonus scheme available on meeting set criteria and performance. Working week: Monday – Friday 8.45am – 6.00pm with alternate Saturdays with a day off in lieu during week.Total hours per week: 40. Desired skills and personal qualities:
