Job Description:
Duties include:
- Payment of suppliers within agreed term.
- Capture employee expenses and provide input for payroll.
- Manage the accounts mailbox and respond to suppliers queries.
- Carry out check on new suppliers in line with FRC procurement process.
- Use of Webexpense and One Advances accounts systems.
- Provide supplementary reports for external auditors at year end.
- Ad-hoc management information reports as required by the Financial Controller.
- Process online banking payments to domestic and foreign suppliers.
Key Relationships with finance staff as well as with other members of the organisation. Day to day interaction with all employees and ad-hoc interaction with external auditors and other relevant third-party service providers.
Training Provided:
As an Accounting Apprentice with BPP, you will complete the Accountancy Taxation Professional Apprenticeship at Level 7. Within the apprenticeship you will undertake the ACCA professional qualification.
The apprenticeship will be completed at a BPP centre or via the Online Classroom platform, in addition to at the workplace.
