Apprenticeship programme 

During the Business Administration Level 3 programme, we will help you to develop your practical skills and knowledge required for you to succeed in this role as well as your future career. Throughout the 18 - month programme, you will continue to develop your behaviours such as team working, problem-solving and customer focus. Veolia as a business is not only interested in what you accomplish, but the manner you do it.

As well as gaining a broad range of technical and professional knowledge and experience, you’ll also gain academic and vocational qualifications such as Diploma in Business Administration.  

 

What will you be doing? 

  • Support the help desk with logging and prioritising work (in line with guidance)
  • Occasionally work at our London site, which may require nights away 
  • Interaction with the engineering teams to ensure work completion to agreed timescales
  • Provide admin team cover for holidays and absence in Chichester & our London contract
  • Collation of customer reports and updating the customer hub(s)
  • Assist in raising purchase orders and invoice validation
  • General filing and document retention

     

What are we looking for? 

  • Maths - GCSE Level 4 (C) or above/ predicted.
  • English Language - GCSE Level 4 (C) or above/ predicted. 
  • Willingness to spend the occasional nights in London when required to work on-site in London 
  • communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Comfortable with picking up the phone and supporting the wider business. 
  • Good knowledge of Google and Microsoft Office tools. 
  • Willingness to learn.
