Job Details
Novograf are a graphics company based in East Kilbride. They are looking for a Project Administrator Apprentice to join their growing team and become an important asset to the business.

They have already enjoyed recent success with 2 apprentices working in different roles who have completed now and have a variety of options in front of them at Novograf to continue learning, growing and developing their careers.

What will I be doing?
- Discussing customer requirements for new projects Quoting/Pricing new jobs and inputting information onto Epicure System Wide use of Microsoft Office including working on Excel with spreadsheets, Teams to collaborate with colleagues and Excel to send out emails to clients and colleagues Discussing new products / materials / ideas with customers Collaborating with 3rd party contractors to ensure project delivery- dates are met Working alongside Design colleagues to ensure we can present the correct products for our customer Ensuring a great customer service is always delivered to our customers
What do I need to be successful?
- Good IT skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team and individually when required Professional approach towards all aspects of work Good time management, planning and organisational skills Having a good attitude to learning and development
