Our highly regarded Corporate Graduate Scheme provides graduates with the opportunity to find out where they can find their best fit within their function of interest with 3 x 8 month rotational placements. You will receive a great deal of support, learning & development opportunities and guidance throughout the graduate scheme so you are in the best position when you start your permanent position at the end of the scheme.

    The graduate scheme is an excellent opportunity for you to start your career. This scheme provides 3x 8-month rotational placements allowing you to gain exposure to different areas of your chosen function which can broaden your knowledge and help you find your perfect fit.
     

     

    You will have support every step of the way with buddies, a dedicated mentor that will use their valuable experience to help accelerate your learning and skills development and your peers.

What do you need to be successful? • Must have graduated within the last 4 years

 

• At the time of starting their employment, you must have legal right to work in the UK

 

• Be able to demonstrate an interest and passion for the function you are joining 

 

• Be able to work at our Crawley site- Compass House, Manor Royal, Crawley RH10 9PY

 

• Be able to attend/complete the recruitment process 

 

• If successful must be able to attend assessment centre on 17th April (for Marketing and Innovation) or 18th April (for IT, HR and Procurement/Supply Chain)

 

• Start with RI in early September 

 

• Work experience is highly beneficial 

 

• Proficiency in other languages is a real plus but not essential (especially Spanish, French or Mandarin)
