As an apprentice with Homecare Association, you will be supporting support with the smooth running of training workshops both via Zoom and face to face. This will include liaising with delegates and Homecare association members to provide support and guidance with training workshop information by telephone and email. Sending emails pre and post workshop with the specific workshop activities and information. Produce and send relevant certificates to delegates.

You will also support the membership administration, including acting as a point of contact for potential and existing members and for members of the public helping guide them to our resources or resolve any queries they have.

Key Responsibilities:

- Workshop administration and support, including liaising with delegate, distributing and collecting information and resources and producing certificates and feedback forms.

- Membership administration, including acting as a point of contact for potential and existing members, helping to resolve queries or passing them to the appropriate person and inputting data on the CRM.

- Acting as a point of contact for members of the public and guiding callers to the website, find care page and information sheet.

- Dealing with orders form the on-line shop. Taking a regular stock take of resources.

- To support and act under the direction of the Learning and Development Specialist and Director of Policy, Practice and Innovation undertaking delegated tasks accordingly.

- To carry out such additional or alternative tasks as may from time to time be reasonably required of you by the Learning and Development Specialist or Director of Policy, Practice and Innovation to meet operational requirements and business needs.

- To abide by the Homecare Association's Values at all times and focus on delivery of agreed Strategy.

- To operate at all times within Homecare Association's Policy and Procedures and assist in the review of these, as required.

- To take the initiative in improving the way staff work; reporting problems to the Manager and suggesting and implementing improvements without having to be asked.

Contacts and Relationships (customer focus, both internal and external):

- Works primarily within the PPI team. Line manager Learning and Development Specialist.

- Works closely with PPI team staff in relation to specific Workshop requirements.

- Works closely with membership team staff in relation to specific membership tasks.

As an apprentice with Homecare Association, you will be working towards a Business Administration apprenticeship over the course of 18 months.
