Administrator support apprentice Years Practitioner

Online Support have a fantastic opportunity for a Administrator Support Apprentice to join their professional, friendly team, in Brentford, London.

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic apprentice with the ambition and focus to build a rapid career within our fast-growing IT Support Company.

Whilst you are employed as an apprentice you will work towards achieving a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship delivered in the workplace by Inspiro Learning.

Salary and benefits:

• £16,000pa + annual performance related bonus.

Qualifications

GCSE Maths & English required at grade 4/C or above

Duties to include:

· Working with Head of Purchasing and Client Services Director

· Preparing quotations for customers

· Raising Sales orders

· Understanding service portfolio

· Taking inbound calls from customers and logging requests

· Managing email distribution lists and client contacts in CRM System

· Exporting lists of services to be used for targeted email campaigns.

· Manging a list of services that customers don’t currently subscribe to

· Processing service amendments

· Arranging couriers

· Submitting license monthly usage reports to suppliers

· Monthly reports for Customers
