KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
- Break projects down into deliverable actions and set timeframes.
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
- Make sure that client's needs are met as projects evolve.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
- Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures.
- To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you'll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.
- Ultimately, the Junior Digital Project Manager's duties are to assist the team to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high-quality standards.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- You will also receive full training and support from the Just IT Apprenticeship team to increase your skills.
- Your training will include gaining a Level 4 Business Analyst Qualification Apprenticeship standard.
