What will the apprentice be doing?

A typical day:

• Communicating with customers by email and phone about our range of products
• Managing deals in our CRM and customer database
• Arranging and running demos for prospective customers
• Attending trade shows and events throughout the year to meet customers face to face

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

This role is supported by a Level 4 Sales Executive apprenticeship qualification provided by the apprentice apprenticeship college through Masterclasses, workshops and theatre based learning twice monthly.Ongoing skills coach support will be provided. Maths & English functional skills will also be imbedded as part of this qualification if not already achieved.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

This is a full-time role with time out for apprenticeship studies. It is our intention to permanently employ once the apprenticeship is completed
