Level 4 Business Analyst Apprenticeship

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Following successful completion of the apprenticeship, the individual would be offered an on-going programme of professional development which could include apprenticeship-based training at level 5 or higher, vendor-centric training and certification, opportunities for on-the-job experience in major projects, and mentoring from senior staff in the team in areas of particular interest. We offer performance-related pay increases in addition to cost of living adjustments, typically achieved through successful demonstration of additional skills or adoption of extra responsibility that adds value to the Institution.

Things to consider
You will also need to be willing and able to undertake a reasonable amount of travel to other IMechE sites which may require occasional overnight stays and work outside regular office hours. You will also be expected to take responsibility for your own self-development which will include attending training in all forms of delivery, both as part of their apprenticeship training and all on-the-job training opportunities made available to you. You will contribute to the development of a diverse and inclusive culture across the Institution, and will be expected to respect and adhere to IMechE values, policies, and mandatory training.
