As an apprentice, what will I be doing?

- Giving customers top-notch advice Using our CRM respond to customer emails in a timely manner Use LiveChat to help customers choose the right garment Giving customers a warm welcome and be on hand to help with any questions or queries Dealing with orders/ purchased Dealing with payments Delivering high quality customer service
What are the working hours, pay and benefits on offer?
As a Customer Service Assistant you will be required to work Monday to Friday and we are also open on Sunday. Sundays are usually worked 1 in 5 weeks on a rota basis. Weekdays are 9am to 5pm with one day a week 10am to 6pm on a rota basis.. In return you will be receive a salary of £10,566 to £15,190.
What training will I undertake and what qualification will I get at the end?
SCQF Level 6 Customer Service Practitioner. supported with a 121 coach and e-learning platform.
Functional Skills level 2 in Maths and English if required.
Are there any requirements for me to be considered?
A proficient understanding of Microsoft office programs.
Access to a vehicle and driving licence. We are based in a rural location and therefore public transport is unfortunately unavailable.
