What will the apprentice be doing?
What does the LanciaConsult Degree Apprenticeship involve?
We want to bring ambitious people into our business and recognise that traditional University is not the path for everyone. We are looking for hard-working and passionate people to join LanciaConsult and inject energy into our business. You will join our team in our Bristol office and work on projects, supported by our team, tackling our clients' biggest challenges.
Your apprenticeship will involve studying 20% of your working week, working towards your degree in Technology Consulting.
We are looking for someone who has recently left or is about to leave college/sixth form, who would like to kick-start a career in consulting. Our ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate strongproblem-solving, analytical, teamwork, organisationalandcommunicationskills. This opportunity would suit someone who feels they would enjoy this and is willing to work hard and learn on the job.
Our entry requirement is 120 UCAS points (these may be either predicated or actual grades).

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Our apprentices will gain a degree in Digital and Technology Solutions (L6), apprentices will be provided 20% of their working time to complete their studies.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
We want our apprentices to stay with us on completion of the apprenticeship. Our apprentices will be on full time contracts and will be eligible for promotion with our other employees.
