What will the apprentice be doing?
• Dealing with general telephone enquiries
• Researching the local market through speaking with local and national agents
• Assist in providing market appraisals for potential clients
• Arrange access for viewings and inspections
• Inspect, photograph and draft reports on properties
• Provide support and assistance for the team on an ad hoc basis
• Answering enquiries for potential purchasers
• Reporting to clients with regular updates on interest levels.
• Over time build successful business relationships with the aim of building a client base.
• Assistance with client presentations and new business generation.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
As a level 6 apprentice you will split your time between your university studies, one day a week, and the workplace, gaining a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate from the University of Westminster. During the latter years you will also study for your RICS Assessment of Professional Competence to become a Chartered Surveyor.
Degree apprenticeship schemes will be up to five years and are generally open to those 18 and over that are permitted to work in the UK. The work:study ratio is approximately 20:80. In order to be considered for an apprenticeship at Allsop you must not have already completed a degree
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Once completing your degree and RICS Assessment of Professional Competence to become a Chartered Surveyor. As a Chartered Surveyor you may follow a career path on to Partner level at Allsop.
