What will the apprentice be doing?
The successful candidate will work on all aspects of the business from sales, marketing, account management and support on rotation to achieve a well-rounded experience of the business.
Job Responsibilities:
• Learning how to manage your own sales pipeline where you will guide clients along their sales journeys
• Handling telephone enquiries
• Learn different marketing techniques using digital platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, linked in and blog writing to enhance Salon Trackers branding
• Learn how to demonstrate the software to prospects through a number of communication channels including web assistance and in-person events
• Managing your own email account as well as the general Salon Tracker domain email account
• Providing clients with help and training for the software
• Attending tradeshows to represent Salon Tracker
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
After the degreeapprenticeship, the candidate will then be able to use their knowledge to specialise in the preferred area of the business and will be offered a guaranteed permanent position.

- You will attend the Business School at Sheffield Hallam University on block release for 3 or 4 days at a time, 6 times a year
- The degree award is BA (Hons) Professional Practice in Management
