Building Services Apprentice Engineer

What will the apprentice be doing?

• Building automation systems, assist with commissioning, modifications/refurbishment, repair, and maintenance at UK and offshore locations
• Perform site risk assessments and assist in producing method statements
• Assist in the production of on-site test results and sitework reports
• Contribute to the formulation of offers for site activities
• Promote the Company's service activities
• Identify and pursue business opportunities

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Building Services Design Engineer Level 6 Apprenticeship Standard.

• Successful apprentices will gain a BEng Building Services Degree
• Off the Job training will take place at Coventry University
• Block Release

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

After successful completion of your apprenticeship, you will move into your permanent position.

Things to consider

You must not have a degree in a similar subject. Due to UK government apprenticeship funding rules, you must have lived in the UK for at least 3 years and have permission from the UK government to live in the UK (not for educational purposes) or have obtained pre-settled or settled status.
