You will gain a commercial mindset, and an understanding of how important our customer relationships are to us. You will support our continual growth, through everything that you do.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Reaseheath Training will be the apprenticeship training provider
The employer will give guidance and support throughout and a mentor will be assigned to you, you will be doing a Foundation Degree in Dairy Technology.
There will be some block release and on line delivery for the apprenticeship.
At the end of this apprenticeship you will have achieved a foundation degree apprenticeship.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
At the end of your apprenticeship, it will be up to you to choose which rotation you enjoyed the most, and to decide which team you see a future in
