What will the apprentice be doing?
You will work alongside experienced professionals, and together, you will be responsible for our building projects to be constructed correctly. You will do this by ensuring the correct documents are available to the right people at the right time. Throughout your apprenticeship, you will learn how to do the following tasks:

Funding and support to help you achieve a Level 4 Information Manager qualification.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
We will encourage you to progress on to a Level 6 qualification upon successful completion of Level 4.
You will be part of a well-established organisation built on strong purpose and values. We want you to do well and will support you to have a meaningful career beyond the apprenticeship.

Things to consider
You will be based in our 51 Moorgate office or in a nominated project office in central London.
You will work alongside experienced professionals, and together, you will be responsible for our building projects to be constructed correctly. You will do this by ensuring the correct documents are available to the right people at the right time. Throughout your apprenticeship, you will learn how to do the following tasks:
- Undertaking digital document control activities, including establishing and following document control procedures. These include document release and publishing, query handling, management of transmittals and library management
- Data management, document numbering and data compliance checking
- Using the application of metadata and working with Electronic Data Management Systems (EDMS)
- Organising and keeping files, handling site documentation and updating registers on various project EDMS (Electronic Data Management System) such as Viewpoint or Aconnex
- Cooperating and communicating with colleagues and solving problems in the use of project Electronic Data Management System
- Provide technical and documental support to others in the office to maintain an efficient project delivery
