What will the apprentice be doing?

• Assist with the planning and delivery of physical activity sessions.
• Develop and inspire young people to live and lead active lifestyles
• Assist in the production of accurate assessments and reports on children and students progress
• Deliver extra-curricular sport and play active based sessions

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

• Level 4 Sports Coach Standard Relevant Coaching qualification
• Functional Skills in maths and English (If Required) What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship

Things to consider

It will be an advantage if you can drive as you will be expected to make your way to different locations throughout the day. Using public transport to travel to the different locations, could prove to be very difficult.
