What will the apprentice be doing?

As a Business Sales Apprentice you will support the growth of LM Global Telecoms by:

• Making outbound calls to prospective clients introducing LMG range of products and services including hardware, business communications and telecoms
• Closing business over the phone and generating appointments for the field sales team
• To have the correct attitude, behaviours and telephone manner whilst speaking with prospects and clients
• Opportunities to join to the field sales team when required
• Professional and confident in a team working environment
• Great communication skills and customer service
• The ability to always represent the company in a professional manner
• Flexibility and a willingness to learn whilst remaining resilient and positive
• The ability to handle and overcome objections
• Results orientated and determined attitude to hit sales target
• KPI to be managed/reviewed
• Great relationship building and interpersonal skills
• Great PC and numeracy skills

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

A fully work based apprenticeship programme across 18-months studying Level 4 Sales Executive apprenticeship standard.

You will receive frequent visits from your training provider and also receive continuous support from your mentor within your employer.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Potential of a full-time position upon completion of apprenticeship.
