Marketing Executive Apprentice

What will the apprentice be doing?

• Work with the CEO to finalise and implement the marketing communications plan / strategy for the group
• Be primarily responsible for leveraging Hubspot Marketing Reports and campaign analysis tools to audit and monitor progress of that strategy against KPI
• Generate the origination for all sales leads and enquiries for the business / analysing and forecasting the marketing budget required to generate the sales leads with the CEO
• Ensuring that the marketing strategy is organised on Hubspot's Campaign builder and being primarily responsible for ensuring that campaigns deliver results through regular and proactive monitoring and assessment of online activities
• Developing segmentation strategies for our customers and stakeholders and planning / scheduling the automated emails and engagement campaigns to leverage these stakeholders into customers and brand advocates
• Being primarily responsible for the maintenance of the CRM, ensuring that the database is well maintained, properties are clear and automations are working with our online infrastructure / website
• Liaising with the Digital Advertising consultant to talk through key search terms and SEO strategies for the website
• Being primarily responsible for overseeing the development of the website content and sales and marketing outputs required by location and service

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The successful candidate will be undertaking the Level 4 Marketing Executive apprenticeship standard.

The apprenticeship combines both on and off-the job training, all delivered in the workplace and you will be fully supported by a Training Consultant from HTP Apprenticeship College.

Theory workshops will be delivered virtually with additional one to one support sessions.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

The successful candidate may be able to progress on to the Level 6 Marketing Manager apprenticeship standard.
