About the apprenticeship
Duties
This is a bilingual role where the ability to undertake all tasks below through the medium of Welsh and English is essential
Handling routine enquiries from internal and external customers by phone and email (occasionally in person)
Undertake a variety of routine administrative duties to support the team and department
Update administrative systems with basic information
Updating of records using databases, spreadsheets and specialised software.
Take notes at meetings as and when required.

Previous experience of working with customers
Qualifications
GCSE Welsh and English at c grade minimum
