Vacancy for Client Services Support Apprentice   Level 3 Business Administration

The role will work closely with all areas of our Client Services function, supporting the  team in how we oversee the services we provide to clients. This will include helping to organise client meetings and working on a range of projects and tasks in support of our clients. There will also be interaction with the various other parts of our business who combine to deliver the services which are of value to our clients.  

As a Client Services Support Apprentice you will work closely with the Client Services senior team, Managers and Assistant Managers, helping to ensure that the tasks we undertake support the great service we aim to deliver to our clients, whilst working towards a level 3 qualification. The role will develop knowledge and skills in a range of tasks which can provide a great base from which to progress within the business, whether within the Client Services team or other parts of the Group.

With the support of your manager and mentor, you will have objectives to work towards to make sure you are developing during your time with us. You will have exposure to the responsibilities of wider team by supporting projects and tasks in the department.

About You

You should have a minimum of 5 GCSE’s (Grade A*-C/ 4-9, including Maths and English) are essential, preferably including an ICT grade.

An ability to communicate effectively with others via a range of methods along with first class attention to detail is a must.

Be able to demonstrate basic understanding and usage of a personal computing device with basic it admiration skills
