Job Description:

. Conduct checks, orders and distributions of stationery and office supplies

• Record and distribution of incoming mail

• Conduct checks of office space to maintain a high level of presentation, cleanliness and ensure M&E issues are noted and acted upon

• New joiner desk set ups

• Conduct internal moves

• Respond to maintenance requests

• Respond to cleaning requests

• Assist with aspects of health and fire safety

• Assist with facilities and office related projects

• Provide cover for staff absence within the facilities and reception teams

• Occasionally assist with reception duties

• Meeting room set ups

• Catering set ups

• Courier bookings

• Occasionally preparing outgoing mail

• Maintain security and confidentiality by following firm procedures

• Be able to respond to, and handle, emergency situations in a calm and effective manner

Training Provided:

As a Business Administration Apprentice with BPP, you will undertake the Business Administrator Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship.

The apprenticeship will be delivered through a blend of live online learning, pre-recorded lectures and workplace support.

Qualification Requirements:

 5 GCSE's at grades A*-C or 5-9, including English and Maths.

 Proficient use of Microsoft office suite including Outlook, Word and Excel

Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders

• Ability to work both as part of a team and independently

• Motivated and driven with a flexible can-do/will-do attitude

• High attention to detail

• Ability to learn and adapt quickly

• Ability to be proactive and recognize opportunities for improvement

• Ability to build strong working relationships with people at all levels

Future Prospects:

Potential for permanent work placement on completion of the apprenticeship.
