What will the apprentice be doing?
We work with businesses of all sizes, with a focus on Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and aim to cultivate long-term relationships with our clients built on mutual respect, support and a job well done.
Main purpose of job:
We pride ourselves at Supportwise with putting our customers first and getting to know our clients and their businesses. This role places you at the heart of customer service.
You will be the public face of the business, handling inbound enquiries through a range of channels such as telephone, email, and social media as well as contacting prospective clients to arrange meetings and calls.

Things to consider
Hourly Wage: £5.25 raising to £6 after probation, minimum wage + commission after 12 months TBC

- Key Responsibilities:
Contacting prospective clients in line with the prospect lifecycle - Answering inbound calls from users (sales only)
- Handling any enquiries via email and social media channels
- Maintaining the client database to ensure that all information is correct
- Some office administration tasks may be required

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
- At the end of the apprenticeship, you could continue working for us as a Sales Exec or there is the possibility to work for a larger IT firm in a Business Development role
