About the apprenticeship
Duties
Responsible for enabling and supporting the delivery of work to our clients and their employees. Within GES we have different disciplines supporting the wide range of services required by our clients.
You will support client teams with the administrative delivery of advice, support with the design and implementation of commercial, innovative approaches to remunerating employees, while also remaining compliant with constantly changing employment tax and regulatory requirements.
With the way we work, both domestically and internationally is constantly changing, Global Employer Services (GES) provides technical, policy and operational advice to our clients as well as a range of services to individuals across our global network of member firms.
This enables us to support our largest, most complex and influential clients across a wide range of services, from individual international tax compliance and support on immigration applications through to domestic advice on remuneration and gender pay.
Your role will be integral to supporting client teams, both internally and externally, starting with administrative and co-ordination activities. You'll be part of a team who work together, locally, nationally, and internationally with employers ranging from FTSE 250 companies to the largest foreign owned multinationals. As you progress, you will be involved in developing best practice within the group and across GES, supporting the development of the business as a whole.

To complete this apprenticeship, you will need to be based in Wales at least 51% of your working week and travel a minimum of 1 day a week to Cardiff & The Vale College.
