About the apprenticeship
Duties
In ESS our diverse and flexibly working team provides a variety of support activities to client-facing employees to help Deloitte make an impact that matters. Our purpose is at the core of our people processes, so we have invested in significant positive recognition processes, structured training and development plans and exciting social calendars to help you better engage with your colleagues.
You will be hands-on almost immediately, it's all about utilising your organisational, time management and communicative skills by completing research, administrative and project support tasks. We foster an incredibly supportive environment, with your allocated Buddy and team members on hand for any guidance from Day 1. We have a real passion for continuous improvement and aim to embed this mindset within our roles, encouraged by a dedicated annual time allowance to spend on your own performance and development via our training platforms
By joining the apprenticeship scheme, you'll launch your career at one of the top four consulting firms, be exposed to a variety of tasks as part of a diverse team, whilst balancing this alongside your studying towards your City and Guilds Level 3 Business Administration diploma.

To complete this apprenticeship, you will need to be based in Wales at least 51% of your working week and travel a minimum of 1 day a week to Cardiff & The Vale College.
