Business Administration Apprenticeship (1 x 35 hours)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an apprentice to join the Imaging Directorate, providing a comprehensive, efficient and effective.
The post holder is required to provide a comprehensive secretarial support to the Directorate secretaries and other members of the Imaging Directorate as appropriate; this will involve organising an electronic diary, maintaining records, preparing papers for relevant meetings and transcribing minutes, being responsibility for ordering of stationery and ensuring stocks are maintained for the department, raising purchase requisitions.
On completion, this apprenticeship will award you a Level 3 Business Administration NVQ.
Main duties of the job
Business Administration Apprentice
The main duties of the role involve providing general administrative support to the directorate, including HR duties, supporting the PA's and imaging department.
Communication skills, flexibility and reliability are essential in order to contribute to the delivery of a first class service to all users.
