What will the apprentice be doing?

To assist Logistics Team with coordinating package deliveries, to support Warehouse and Inventory transactions and to provide administrative support for the team members. This position will be based in our Chippenham office.

- Assisting Transportation Lead with processing all Inbound moves from CMOs to our 3PL/4PL warehouses, following up the ongoing shipments to ensure that they are being delivered on time and in full.
- Escalating any issues to appropriate team/individual, participating in issue resolution.
- Supporting Transportation Lead in keeping the supplier's database and lane tool up to date, liaising with the planning team to ensure that Logistics team obtains relevant information/updates in time.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The apprentice will obtain a degree apprenticeship in BSc (Hons) Professional Practice in Supply Chain Leadership - Level 6

The Supply Chain Leadership Professional Integrated DegreeApprenticeship has been specially designed and is deliveredin partnership with CP Training - a business-led educationprovider dedicated to delivering supply chain excellence.

Elements of the teaching will be at Leeds Trinity University and the Negotiated Learning modules will be taught at Supply Chain Academy at Upminister.
