What will the apprentice be doing?
  • Developing your skills in a wide range of exciting projects
  • Learning about project lifecycles which in turn will allow you to support your team
  • Learning and using relevant design software
  • Being involved in client meetings and assisting in building key client relationships
  • You'll get to understand and learn digital skills to help us harness technology in new ways

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

This apprenticeship provides you with the knowledge, skills and behaviours to meet the requirements of the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC). On passing the APC, you will become a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS).

Level 6 chartered surveyor - degree apprenticeship.

The following qualifications will be gained:
  • A BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying or equivalent Quantity Surveying Level 6 Diploma that is approved by the industry's recognised professional bodies and meets the educational requirements for the professional bodies' full membership or chartered status.
  • Industry certificates in Site Safety Plus Site Managers' Safety Training Scheme and Site Environmental Awareness Training Scheme which are required for safe operations in the workplace
  • English and Maths; apprentices without level 2 English and Maths will need to achieve this level prior to taking the end-point assessment.
