The aim of the apprenticeship is to prepare you for a permanent project management role working as an Assistant Project Manager within Mission Systems.
Upon completion apprentices will be equipped to apply for internal vacancies.

Qualifications
GCSE or equivalent 5 GCSE's including Maths, English and Science (Grade Grade 4(C)) Essential
A Level or equivalent 3 A levels in related subject (Grade B or equivalent) Essential
Your typical daily activities will include:
- Preparing planning schedules and activities for review.
- Defining work packages.
- Reconciling and analysing data into useful information.
- Developing communication plans and producing reports on delivery, cost and quality.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Apprentices will attend college on a weekly basis and study towards the following:
- Project Foundation Qualification (PFQ)
- Associate Project Manager Qualification (APMQ).
- Level 4 Associate Project Manager qualification
