What will the apprentice be doing?
This overall objective of the role is to generate new business opportunities for the SolCo sales team by booking face to face meetings, video calls and telephone appointments with potential customerso SolCo work with an outsourced marketing agency who publish regular content on our website, and run regular email campaigns to our target audience. A key part of this role will be following up those campaigns. You will present SolCo professionally at all times, ensuring our customers experience is always a positive one
Day to day Objectives:
• Achieve agreed KPIS based around calls made/call time and appointments booked
• Maintain and build a pipeline of sales prospects through networking, LinkedIn and cold calling
• Maintain a good understanding at all times of SolCo's product set, and take ownership of improving knowledge
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
The training will include webinars, online training, practical workshops and visits in the workplace from the tutor On completion you will achieve a level 4 sales executive qualification and will achieve a level 2 in maths and English if not already held.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Full time position as Field Sales/Account manager
