What will the apprentice be doing?
Throughout your apprenticeship you will learn to:
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
You will be supported through a structured in-house development programme and a range of virtual classroom-based workshops with Heart of England Training to gain an APM Project Management Qualification, and become eligible to be an Associate member of the Association for Project Management (APM).
Throughout the duration of your apprenticeship, you will be appointed a workplace mentor to support you with your learning.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
We have lots of fantastic success stories from previous apprentices who have gone on to achieve industry recognised qualifications through their apprenticeships and many of our past apprentices are still working within the business today or have gone onto have successful careers elsewhere.

A Level or equivalent Non-specific (Grade A*-C) Essential
BTEC or equivalent Construction (Grade Pass) Desired
Things to consider
We require: 5 GCSE's or equivalent Grades 9 - 4 (A*-C), including Maths and English 2 A-Levels or equivalent Grades A* - C A construction related qualification or experience would be beneficial but not essential.
Throughout your apprenticeship you will learn to:
- Monitor the progress of projects currently being undertaken
- Support budgeting and cost control, have an awareness of project budgets and build an understanding of planned and actual costs
- Determine, control and manage changes to the scope of the project, including assumptions, dependencies and constraints
- Understand the resources required to successfully deliver a project, including employees, sub-contractors
