What will the apprentice be doing?

Apprentices will be required to attend college at least x1 day per week either at Uxbridge, Harrow or Hayes Campus completing necessary mandatory training and units associated with the apprenticeship.

Things to consider
Must have prior industry experience and ideally spent 12 months at least in HR.
- Leading the student recruitment across multiple legal entities at Bosch
- Ensure and increase customer satisfaction levels
- Supporting HRBPs and liaising with our shared service department in Budapest across multiple topics, for example. recruitment activities
- Responsibility of SC3 data in local HR department
- First level approval for invoices in AP monitor for purchases
- Focus on new joiners' onboarding experience by supporting the manager on the induction programme and liaison with internal department. Look for continuous improvements to ensure candidate experience is prioritised
- Developing an early talent strategy for Bosch, in order for Bosch to remain competitive in the market and how to increase young talent retention
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

- Work towards gaining a full Level 5 HR Apprenticeship Qualification
- Employment Rights and Responsibilities
- Skills, Knowledge, and Behaviours
- Standard and End Point Assessment
- Functional Skills in English, maths and ICT (if required)
Other training will be provided by the employer as required to enable the fulfilment of the job role.
