You can expect to attain the Level 5 HR Consultant Partner standard.
Successful completion of this standard enables the apprentice to apply to become an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of personnel and development.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
At the end of your programme, if you have successfully completed your apprenticeship and achieved the performance targets we have set for you, you are guaranteed a permanent role with us.

Qualifications
GCSE or equivalent English and maths + three others (Grade 9 - 5 or A*- C) Essential
A Level or equivalent any 3 subjects (Grade (Grade A*- C)) Desired
- To provide Admin support to HR team and line managers, in all HR matters, ensuring accuracy of information completed to records and systems in a manner which reflects the company values
- To write reports and provide statistical information as required by the business
- Carry out project work including actions from Site Employee Forums (SEF), Site social events and implementation of HR processes
- Contribute to weekly and monthly recruitment, working with line managers to ensure achievement of agreed manning levels, quality and skills requirements are met
