Social Media and Marketing Assistant Apprentice - Marketing Executive - Level 4

What will the apprentice be doing?

You will be involved in a number of marketing responsibilities as well as administrative tasks.

Responsibilities will include:

• Attending team positivity chats
• Researching new clients
• Updating the CRM systems
• Creating content for clients after conversations and plans
• Working alongside the team to produce excellent content and asking for productive feedback on what you produce
• Updating and managing mailing lists
• Scheduling posts on a variety of social media platforms
• Monitoring insights and reach and performance. Using this information to improve going forward
• Regular communication across the team and with stakeholders
• Researching the latest content trends
• Sharing ideas and using creativity

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Marketing Executive Level 4 Apprenticeship Standard:

• You will attend monthly workshops at our venue in Salford Quays with other people on the same course from different companies. This is a great way to learn from others in the sector

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

PR by Whitney would like to progress the apprentice into a permanent role within the company.
