About the apprenticeship

Duties

You'll deliver a wide range of HR and recruitment support by working closely with the various teams within the Firm. You'll assist the HR team in giving advice to all employees by providing administrative and research support. You'll maintain employee records in line with policy and legal requirements by updating records via the HR and Recruitment systems, ensuring a great standard of accuracy and organisation at all times.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring HR professional to join a Law Firm during an exciting period of transformation. This developmental role will involve undertaking various duties within the HR provision, including a blend of formal learning and practical experience to contribute to the delivery of HR service delivery.

Skills

• An interest and a desire for a career in human resources or recruitment/talent.
• Excellent numeracy, literacy, IT and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise, meet strict deadlines and work under pressure.

Qualifications

5 GCSEs including English and Mathematics or equivalent.
