What will the apprentice be doing?
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
The role will be based in Birmingham and you will be studying at the University of Birmingham. This will be a day release option and not block.
You will be able to obtain a BSc or BEng civil engineering degree if you complete the whole course and then progress your Engineering career with us past that stage.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
You will be enrolled onto the Pell Frischmann Early careers programme and this will enable to to learn whilst working, but also help you start your Consultancy career.
Past your apprenticeship you will be on a bespoke path to what you want to achieve next and we will ensure you are assisted towards getting there.

Qualifications
A Level or equivalent Maths (Grade A* to C) Essential
A Level or equivalent STEM subjects (Grade A* to C) Essential
BTEC or equivalent Related Engineering subject (Grade Distinction) Desired
Things to consider
We are looking for people with an interest in Civil Engineering and have an ability to elaborate upon why this is of interest within the cover letter or a pre-screen call.
- Learning design practices for Civil and Transport related projects
- Project management
- Commercial awareness
- Report Writing
- Calculations
- Use of various design software
