Job Details
Icelantic was born in 2000 with the ambition of offering professional IT support and consultancy services to small and medium sized business, at a price that made small business sense, combined with a service that felt personal and relevant to small business needs.
The team have grown and they are looking for a Business Administration apprentice to join their successful and experienced team. They have had huge success in recent years with apprentices across multiple disciplines and are looking to keep this trend going.
The successful candidate will complete an Business Administration Apprenticeship course.

- The person will move on to become a full-time administration assistant.
What will I be doing?
General Admin
- Setting up meeting room and keeping it stocked Organising partners or client meetings Arranging travel and logistics for Partners Ordering uniform for new starts Recruitment - setting up interviews and liaising with agencies Researching work trips, staff events and Christmas party etc Forward weekly report on jobs, holidays, and anything critical
Accounts Assistance
- Chasing outstanding client payments Scanning and uploading documents to systems, both client and personnel Holiday cover for tasks such as sending out invoices, processing payments and other data entry
Other Tasks
- Depositing cheques into bank Arranging postage: via Parcelforce or Post Office Liaising with 3rd party suppliers to schedule office maintenance: i.e cleaner, plumbers, air con etc Setting up and Clearing Up Meeting Rooms
