The Role & Responsibilities

This programme is ideal for young adults eager to pursue a career in marketing and will provide on the job experience while you support the customer insight team to build and manage an effective voice of the customer program for the Bank. You will collect and analyse customer feedback to enable better decision making that supports providing positive outcomes for our customers.

  • Digital real estate – learning how to create and publish content across our company websites
  • Performance marketing – supporting building and measuring organic and paid search engine activity
  • Experience – analysing and enhancing the online journeys our customers take
  • Social media – oversee, listen to and help build our social media presence
  • Analytics and Insights – use data and insights to make informed decisions for our campaigns and products.
  • Brand protection – understand the principles of trademarks, where there are infringements and how we protect our brand online

The Person

  • You will have to have the right to work in the UK and to have lived in the UK continuously for the past 3 years
  • GCSE grade 4/5, C or above in Maths and English is required to join any of our apprenticeship programmes
  • You’ll will either be in Year 13 or equivalent working towards completing your studies in summer 2023 or looking for your next career move with the opportunity to study towards achieving a (level 4) apprenticeship starting in September 2023
  • A motivation and desire to pursue a career in the respective apprenticeship qualification route
  • Ideally working knowledge of MS Office applications, an understanding of how spreadsheets and data packages can be used to analyse data (not essential)
  • Reliable, adaptable & flexible
  • Accuracy & attention to detail
  • “Can do” attitude, very good problem solving
  • Willingness and desire to learn fast and acquire new skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
