Within each rotation there is significant flexibility to expose apprentices to all facets of the business whilst tailoring the experience for each apprentice.
Each rotation is expected to build on the previous ones by gradually building up the responsibilities the apprentice has to meet both business needs and the apprentice's aspirations.

In the development of prototypes, the role will also include management of suppliers and outsourced machining processes. The role will have you working both in the workshop/lab space, conducting testing, machining prototypes and assembling measurement systems and also in the office, reviewing test results, designing components and managing suppliers.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
