A Level or equivalent 104 UCAS Points (Grade Mininum of C,C, B/equivilent) Essential
Things to consider
Although the role is office based, occasional working away may be required along with travel to and from projects. Full APC RICS support provided
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
- Assess subcontractor applications
- Prepare valuations for client review
- Capture and price Variations or Compensation events
- Final Accounts
- Site Visits
- Maintain commercial information
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- Chartered Surveyor - Quantity Surveying pathway - (Degree) Level 6
- Successfull achievement will attain BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying as well as become a Chartered Membe of RICS.
- Training to be delivered by The University of Salford on campus 1 day per week
