What will the apprentice be doing?
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
You will undertake the Building Services Engineering Technician (level 4) apprenticeship achieving a HNC in Building Services Engineering over the first 27 months and then move onto the Building Services Site Management (level 6) apprenticeship achieving a BEng(Hons) Building Services Engineering. Both apprenticeships will be undertaken at London Southbank University and there will be a requirement to attend the university one day a week.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
On completion of the apprenticship the candidate will be able to move into a senior engineer post or may wish to consider project management, risk management or department management roles

A Level or equivalent 3 subjects must include either physics or maths (Grade EEE) Essential
Things to consider
The candidate must be able to work outside, climb ladders, scaffold and work at heights. They must also have the ability to travel to other sites
- Supporting the team with providing technical advice and training to colleagues relating to engineering
- Undertaking site audits and reviews to monitor compliance and develop action plans
- Communicating with staff and suppliers in relation to new projects, technologies etc
